It’s that time again! Each summer we like to take advantage of the long summer days to enjoy each other’s company and visit favorite ice cream spots around Wiesbaden. Whether you are new to Wiesbaden or are a long time Immanuelite, EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
Note: The meet up time each week will be 18:30 and each person is responsible for the purchase of their own ice cream.
The dates, locations, and details for the entire tour are below. Hope you will join us!
June 27 – Eis Café Rialto, Marktstraße 8, 65183 Wiesbaden
The place where it all began. This is our fourth year to do the annual “Ice Cream Tour” of Wiesbaden, but it all began in 2015 at Eis Café Rialto. We think it is time to go back.
July 11 – Stefano Covre Eiscafe am Rhein, Rheingaustraße 152, 65203 Wiesbaden
When we think Ice Cream, we also think about a nice place to take a walk. This is a great place just steps from the “Schloss” (palace) in Biebrich, right on the Rhein. After getting our ice cream, we will take a walk through the “Schloss Park.” It just doesn’t get better!
July 25 – Latte Art Café, Langgasse 27, 65183 Wiesbaden
Don’t let the name fool you, this place may have excellent coffee drinks, but in the summer they turn out some of the best ice cream in town! Located right on the corner of Goldgasse, this is a great place to start an evening in town.
August 8 – Eis Costantin, Bleichstraße 45-47, 65185 Wiesbaden
A „newby“ on our Ice Cream tour, but not to Wiesbaden! This place has been in Wiesbaden since 1958 (!!) and is supposed to have some of the most authentic Italian style gelato in town. Even though it is not directly in the city center, we think it is worth looking for a parking spot. This is a last stop on this year’s tour. By the way, Nick and Susan will be back to join us on this stop!
