As an International Church, we know first-hand the power that comes from believers stepping out in faith to grow the kingdom of God. This is why we’re actively engaged in our community and our world through serving others and sharing Christ with them. You can help us change the world… around us, locally, nationally, and throughout the nations.
In response to the Great Commission, and as an international sending church, we accept the responsibility of sharing the Gospel and making disciples of Jesus Christ, to all nations and all people. We believe Christ is our model in sharing the Gospel in both word and deed. We believe that every person who comes to faith in Christ is called to be both a disciple and a disciple-maker. This calling challenges us to be bold in sharing the Good News of salvation in Jesus alone and to live in a way which reflects His incredible love and grace. As we live and serve in community with others, we must communicate who and why we serve. (Matthew 28:16-20)
IBC supports missions in a variety of ways. We believe that it is woven into the fabric of who we are in Christ and that sharing the gospel is one of the most important things we can do. We have supported a number of mission opportunities in the past including supporting Vacation Bible School in Riga, Latvia, Christmas shoe boxes with Operation Christmas Child, an angel tree for a local women’s home, support of refugees around the world, and feeding the homeless on the streets of Wiesbaden. We are always seek help support missions locally and abroad.
