Parking is always a challenge in Germany. At Immanuel we have a parking lot which is available in addition to street parking in the neighborhood surrounding the church.
LOT 1: Located on the “uphill” side of the church
This lot is conveniently located on the north (uphill) side of the church. This lot is primarily for those who are visiting with us or those who have difficulty walking longer distances. We also have a space next to the garage for loading and unloading of passengers or items which you are transporting to the church. PLEASE note that this loading zone is NOT for parking, but only for use while you are in the process of loading or unloading.
Parking on the street beside the church is also allow, but limited.
The map below shows the two parking lots. The red dotted line shows the walking route to the church.

LAST RESORT PARKING: Located on Lahnstraße, directly next to the Albrecht-Dürer-Schule.
Continue on Friedrich-Naumann-Straße to the top of the hill and turn right on Lahnstraße. Approximately 300 meters down the hill on your right will be the teacher’s parking lot for the Albrecht-Dürer-Schule (School). We have permission to use this lot on Sundays, BUT recently we have noticed that the lot is often chained and locked. We recommend this lot only as a last resort. We don’t believe you would be towed from this lot if it is open, but it is likely that someone now has oversight who may not be aware of our agreement.
