Janet Yachoua – Deacon Chair
Hi, my name is Janet Yachoua and I hail from the UK. I have lived in Wiesbaden for over forty years and have been a member of Immanuel for over thirty of those. I am a wife, mother to three adult sons and teach languages at the Danielschule, the Christian school in Wiesbaden.
Julie Boit Hodeen
I was born in Wisconsin, USA and our family came to Germany in 2021 because of a job opportunity for my husband at the US Army Corps of Engineers. I retired from the U.S. Air Force earlier in 2021, after serving on active duty for 30 years. We’ve been at IBC since Dec 2021. I’ve truly enjoyed being part of the Welcome Ministry and was honored to be ordained as a Deacon in Mar 2023. In addition to serving at IBC, I’m a full-time wife, Mom, and trip planner

Noah Rider
Hello. I’m so excited to serve the Lord by being a deacon at IBC. My wife is from the Wiesbaden area so that is the reason I came to Germany in 2019. Originally I’m from Indiana in the States where my family lives. I look forward to connecting with you on a Sunday at IBC!

Hello! I have lived in Egypt, Italy and now Germany for 1/4 of my life and arrived in Germany in 2023. I am actively involved in Sunday Bible Teaching, Missions and became a Deacon in 2025. When not playing golf and traveling – well I’m working my day job!
Klaus Schoppa
I have lived in Venezuela for 14 years. This is the reason why I particularly love IBC. With people coming from so many different countries, the feeling within IBC is very international. Since late 2021 I have been attending IBC together with my wife and daughter. Besides being Deacon since 2025, I’m also part of the Tech Team, which has been really fun being part of.
